Current Opportunities: Service Technician, Level 1 [37498]  

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

Reports To: George Ilie, CEO

Description:

 An experienced technician to assist in the day-to-day operations: servicing, testing and repairing printers, fax machines and copiers for existing Geoda customers.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintein all printing equipment in the field

Perform all adjustments necessary and bring equipment at factory specification

Respond to on-site maintenance requests and deliver thorough and effective solutions in a professional and    time efficient manner

Train customers on basic equipment functions and assist with technical concerns

Review work orders and ensure all equipment is in good working condition before and after delivery

Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers

Qualifications and Experience:

2-3 years of experience repairing laser printers, copiers and fax machines

Basic knowledge of Konica, HP and Canon, Ricoh and Duplo equipment

Excellent communication skills and previous experience in customer service preferred

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Must be able to work independently in a professional manner on-site

Previous networking experience an asset

Must have valid driver's license

Certificate in Digital Technology
